Operator
PageHuddle is operated by Baxter Jones trading as PageHuddle. These terms govern your use of the PageHuddle website, account and visual feedback service.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure and remain responsible for activity performed through your account.
Service
PageHuddle lets project owners upload or capture pages, invite reviewers and manage visual notes, replies and approvals. We may improve, restrict or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew for the billing period selected at checkout until cancelled. Paddle acts as merchant of record and manages payment, tax, receipts and billing details.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant PageHuddle the limited permission needed to host, process, display and transmit it solely to operate the service.
Private links
Anyone holding a private review link may be able to view that review. You are responsible for sharing links only with intended reviewers and may pause or replace a link.
Liability
The service is provided with reasonable care but cannot be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, PageHuddle is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Termination
You may delete your account or cancel a paid subscription. We may suspend access for material misuse, security risk or breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Namibia. Namibian courts have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
