Who we are
PageHuddle is operated by Baxter Jones trading as PageHuddle.
Information collected
We collect account details, authentication data, project configuration, uploaded pages, captured public webpages, notes, replies, subscription status and limited technical logs needed for security and support.
How information is used
Information is used to provide PageHuddle, secure accounts, deliver service emails, process support requests, prevent abuse and improve reliability.
Private project content
Project artwork, pages and conversations are not routinely inspected. Access is limited to service operation, troubleshooting requested by you, security incidents and legal obligations.
Service providers
We may use hosting, email, security, authentication and billing providers. Paddle processes paid transactions as merchant of record.
Retention
Account and project data is retained while your account is active. Deleted content may remain briefly in protected backups before routine expiry.
Your choices
You can update notification preferences, replace private links and request or perform account deletion. Essential account, billing and security messages cannot be disabled.
